If,
after you've gone through the entire program, you decide that
the program did not help you take a good look at your drinking
or help you begin to resolve your ambivalence about whether
you should change it, we will refund your registration fee.
This offer is good for 48 hours after you register and pay
to use the program.
If you've run into problems using the site right after paying for it on the secure server and coming back, please email us and we can fix the problem. We're experiencing such difficulties with about 5% of users of the site. We can usually respond to your email within 24 hours. If you contact us over the weekend though, we may not get back to you until the following Monday.
To
request a refund, simply forward to Dr.
Hester the registration confirmation email you will receive
when you register and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used. Also, please include your reasons why this program
has not been helpful to you so that we can improve it to meet more of the needs of future users. Once we receive your email, we
will either process your credit or issue a refund. Please be aware that requests for refunds made over the weekend will be handled the following Monday.
